Editorial & Affiliate Disclosure
How we review products, and how we make money — in plain English.
Last updated: July 2026
Our editorial standards
The Wellness Digest publishes independent reviews and buyer guides. Our goal is to give readers a clear, balanced summary of a product — what it is, what's in it, who it suits, and its trade-offs — based on publicly available information from the manufacturer and official product pages.
We present pros and cons honestly. A product being an affiliate partner does not earn it a more favorable review, and we note limitations and things to keep in mind alongside the positives.
Affiliate disclosure
Some of the links on this website are affiliate links. This means that if you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the seller. This comes at no additional cost to you — the price you pay is exactly the same.
These commissions help us cover the cost of researching, writing, and hosting our content. We are grateful when you use our links, but you are never obligated to.
This disclosure is provided in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255).
How we make money
The Wellness Digest is reader-supported. We earn affiliate commissions when readers purchase products through our links. We do not sell products directly, and we are not the manufacturer of any product we review.
Accuracy & updates
Product details — including pricing, ingredients, packages, and guarantees — can change at any time. While we work to keep our content current, the official product website is always the definitive source. If you spot something that looks out of date or incorrect, please let us know.
